I'm looking a script for my site for months now. I'm really tired looking for any kind of sites, directories, forums and every page with scripts in the www.

Before I hire a programmer to do the job, I'd like to ask if anyone knows a script to do this:
- photo script with galleries created by admin
- users can upload pictures with a form from their computers (not to link from other websites) to a gallery without registration (with a captcha to prevent spam) but anything remains on hold until admin approve the images; users can ad an username and a comment to their own photo (no comments abilities needed)
- once admin appoves the images, are added to galleries like a clickable thumbnail
- the control panel should have a "New photos" section where approve or reject the 1,4,5 days or last week or last month uploaded photos.
- The script must accept headers and footers to match the site layout.

This script will be used in two ways:
- "Are you from Springfield? Submit your photos here:"
- "Were you in the festival last week? Post your photos here:"

I need no:
- image editing
- user created galleries
- multiuploads
- upload video, executables or anything else
- subcription, membership, forum, commnunity or anything else
- payment methods for membership or photo stock selling

I hope you can tell me where this script is.

Thanks in advance.

You should check some online script repositories for something like this. [hotscripts.com...] , [sourceforge.net...] , [phpclasses.org...] , etc... are all good places to start looking.

...to start looking...

I've looked for months now in those sites and a lot more.

Thanks, anyway, for your help.

Odds are you aren't going to find something that matches your needs exactly. Your best bet is to probably take an open-source project and mod it, or start one from scratch yourself. If you get too picky with free tools, you aren't going to find something you're looking for.
