Need to know which message board is better?

I'd been using phpbb.com forums for years.
Now, after mybboard.net came, I find later is better option.
Still, phpbb.com made their forums better with version 3 release.

I want to know opinion of PHP folks here.

You are a very senior member here; can you please help me select best choice. I'm not sure but it seems to me that phpbb.com is not best choice. vBulletin is paid, so I want next best, free choice available to me.

Its not for us to recommend software I`m afraid. You need to do some research yourself and work out which is best for you. There are going to be plus points for each and negative points for each.

If you mean from a secure point of view, I doubt any open source software hasn`t got some security issue. That goes for paid solutions too.

Its up to you to find the right solution for your needs.

It seems vBulletin is good finally.
Well, I'll download all and see how it works after installation.
