Wysiwyg HTML Editor for PHP?

I'm working on a new CMS, and I'm looking for a WYSIWYG HTML Editor for PHP. But it has to have XP style, and the only ones I've found with the XP style is for .Net. This, for example seems to be exactly what I'm after, but alas, it's .Net: <snip>

It should also be cross browser compatible:
- IE (obviously)
- Moz
- Opera (not a must)
- Safari

Another thing that seems to be missing in all of the other editors I've seen is that none of them let you use Heading, and I'm *not* very keen on letting regular users being able to edit font type, size and color. All this should be done via CSS, obviously.

Any ideas or suggestions would be highly appreciated!

inserts very well in existing CMS

...functionality seems ok, and so does compatibility, but it still has that rahter ugly Win2K look...it would completely ruin the slick design I've made for the rest of the CMS :(

Another thing is the generated HTML...for some reason, it seems to use div instead of p for a new paragraph.

I'm a "code validation nazi", so the ultimate solution for me would be xhtml 1.1...

anyway, if you have other suggestions, let me know!

I use JSyndrome HTMLEditor from Sferyx which I feel is the most customisable and feature rich editor.

It allows you to assign a CSS page to the control so heading tags 1-6 use your pre-defined styles, stopping users editing the font style and colours.

I don't think it has the XP style your looking for, but is the best wysiwyg HTML editor I have used.
