PDF RSS Feeds

Hi community,
I have a pdf, which i want to share using RSS feeds across the web,
firstly Is is possible and if yes then how do i implement it and are there any tools, scripts which can help me to do so

From my understanding of RSS, you can't directly share a PDF over RSS. However, you'd be able to distribute a LINK to a PDF over RSS. This might be your best bet.
