Class diagrams and code generation

Since visio 2007 is (still! MS should really take this up) unable to export to XMI, it is virtually impossible to generate PHP skeleton code from a visio UML class diagram. Therefore, I am looking for a good software package that provides this functionality. Can anybody help me with some recommendations?

I've heard good things about Enterprise Architect, but I haven't personally put it to use.

I believe I seen something like this in Eclipse when I was browsing the packages. Have you looked there yet?
