PHP Classified web site

I am looking for a free or reasonably inexpensive PHP Classifieds

Hello all - I was wondering if anybody can recommend a good PHP classified script (free is preferred, but reasonably priced is OK). A google search produces so many results, I don't know where to begin.

Some key areas that important
1) I need to approve each ad (only way to keep the mortgage, pills, and get rich schemes off the site)
2) Users can not edit the ads, only end them, then create a new ad (which goes through the approval process again).
3) Needs to be database driven.

I don't think I'm allowed to mention a specific product so I sent you a sticky mail. I've been using a good quality script for years now. It also integrates into your forum database if you use that. That way your members log in once and go between the forums and the classifieds area. It has the features you mention.
