404 Error Traffic script needed

Does anyone know is there a script for buying 404 error traffic? A script that would allow other webmasters to sign up, login and monitor stats and payments of the traffic they send by redirecting their error page visitors to me.

I can't poing you to a very specific script, but check Hot Scripts [hotscripts.com] and you will probably find something similar.
