image gallery

for a picture framing company

I have a client who needs a gallery on there website where they can upload images to the site. It needs to be categorised with thumbnails (with text) and the full image should have text also (ie. Title, Artist, Catergory, Dimensions, Price, and 1 other line of text). Been to hotscripts but getting confused as to which one i need. Anyone done this already ? What would you recommend ?

Hi StuRobson,

We don`t allow posts or recommendations for software unless its from an established open source website. Some of those programs might be overkill for what you need. I would suggest you download a few free ones and set them up to find the one you need. There are lots of excellent gallery systems, many of them free.
