the php info page

long & lat coordinates?

Look at your php info page and see if in the Date section you've got some longitude and latitude coordinates.

Has that always been there?

So I looked up the coordinates and mine points to the West Bank right there by Jerusalem. The server is actually in Orlando, Florida.

Surely these numbers are for something else, right?

I doubt many people have changed these values from the default - see Date and Time Functions [.php.net] and (for instance) date_sunrise [php.net] in the manual.
