Can' figure out how to connect to the mysql server on yahoo. How do you get the server ip/hostname?

You should check Yahoo Help/FAQs for this. If you are using Yahoo Stores you will have a GUI where you will be able to create tables etc like phpMyAdmin but I must say that phpMyAdmin is far far better than Yahoo GUI
