Has anyone tried using any kind of plug in for displaying small graphs (microcharts),sparklines, charts with php/mysql?
I tried a few but none of them were impressive. Here is the list of add ins i have tried:

PHP/SWF Charts (for charts)
[sparkline.org...] (sparklines)

Would appreciate your help on this. If you could send me links to really nice tutorial (or documentation).

Links to open source project are OK, only authoritative sites otherwise (php.net, mysql.com, etc.)

I don't actually have experience with this, but you might want to look into an SVG (Scalable Vector Graphics) output format instead of Flash. I have seen a few implementations, but don't know the names or where to find them.
