Importing RSS feeds into phpBB - possible?

I've searched all over and I have been unable to find this (well, I found one from a German site but it didn't work).

I'm looking for a way to import RSS feeds (XML preferably so it can be direct from the site) into a phpBB.

I've found dozens upon dozens on how to syndicate my board into an RSS feed, which is not what I want to do. I've even posted on the phpBB forums with no luck.

Am I SOL or did I miss the hack for phpBB somewhere?

I don't know of a hack for it but if you know how to post via script to phpbb the you just have to have a little rss parser and then restructure the data a bit

you could probably hack it pretty easily out of a parser and some type of auto posting script
