php could trigger it
but you need a speech synthesis engine (G for it)

I dont think you can change any text to audio, unless you have a mechanism or organized logic for it. e.g I am not sure about the background of this request. do you want an audio captcha? for that you can record A - Z and 1 - 9 characters in your voice. Name each file after its character e.g a.avi, 1.avi etc etc

When you generate random captcha string; you can pick the associated audio files for all strings.

no i never heard of an audio captcha but yaa i meant its like reading a text file i have heard of few classes in phpclasses so it takes another site as reference and converts to an audio file
