Remove RSS capabilities

How to fully remove RSS capabilites in a Wordpress Blog

Hello everyone. I am looking for a way to disable RSS capabilities for my Wordpress blog. I have simply found too many scrapers getting our content and posting it without permission. RSS seems to send them our content directly, so I wish to disable it sitewide.

Any suggestions?

Hi Todd,

Can`t you not just set up a page not found redirect? or direct to alternative content? You should be able to do that in your server control panel or via .htaccess

I would search the wordpress support site [google.com] for details on how others have accomplished this. This post [wordpress.org] particularly should be helpful.
