How to distinguish the FOREIGN KEY?

How do i know if the table has FOREIGN KEY specially in PHPMYADMIN?

And can i call two tables at once even though they are both don't have
FOREIGN KEY?

No idea about PHPADMIN, but you can certainly call any number of tables regardless of the existance of a foreign key.
