Just got into phpmyadmin and I'm stuck

I installed the phpmyadmin in the webroot and changed the confi file. how ever I can't get the /phpmyadmin/index.php to work. I looked at the log/error.text and I keep geting this message. Btw this is for my pc. I have phpmyadmin already setup on server and working fine for my site... I just wanted to play around with it more and learn php, mysql, and phpmyadmin more but this issue is killing me.

I don't understand I looked every line in session.inc.php, there is no call for that. And I looked at the config file to see if that line of path is on any line.

I hope that this is easy to be fixed and that I can lol at this after I am new to this and I hope to get better as I learn more. Any help would be very nice.

This was reported as a bug. Could you try accessing this link - PHP bugs [bugs.php.net] and see if what has been mentioned there applies to your case?
