We wrote this simple wrapper around the PHP Server API In order to allow services writtin in C++ to more easily leverage existing data access patterns and seamlessly adopt new changes without needing to be recompiled or redoployed.

yes it does but I find the implications interesting. So if you are running C++ offline it is now much easier to deploy in PHP online, if that be the choice.
