I am done configuring my oscommerce site and it is ready for upload. My server supports PHP and MYSQL, do i just upload all the files i have now and it will work properly? or do i have to install it again on the remote server?

You will need to export the database from WAMP and import it again on your server. There may be some configuration paths which need changing.
If you find that difficult, then you may need to reinstall it.
