if you are going to spam others forums then please do not read the following; if you are going to use it for your own affiliates and personal forums then here is your your guideline....
1 - learn php/cURL libarary [php.net] use
2- learn regular expression [php.net]
3 - learn HTTP Sniffing (iehttpheader for IE and httpliveheader for FF)
then first do the http sniffing of the forum you want to post to and after that use php-cURL sessions to post.
