Dynamic IP range

What the high and low

I do not know where posting it?..

Is there a way to find (and where to find it) the high end and low end of the USA dynamic IP range
I am not even sure that it is possible to get such an answer.

you could dig through a geo targetting script/db

I spoke with the Yahoo people and they told me that it was SECRET :)

I did not mention in my original posts that I already own a good DB with USA IP range
I was under the impression that the dynamic was covered too but I was wrong
