Is there a way to automatically register domains without any required user interaction?

YES and NO

USER MUST BE REQUIRED to initiate the process of course that which domain he wants to register and then you can use any domain registrar API to automate most of the part BUT again you MUST NEED USER to pay for the domain or if you have his CC info in your database then you can automate that part too.
