Post three, everyone has been great for the first two, now we are going to get a little more difficult. What I am looking for is an "Ask the Expert" script where my users can submit a question to me (an expert hahahahah).
I know there has to be something out there open source, but am so far removed from having any kind of programming skills that I can't locate one.

If I understand your requirement, there are tons of open source forms scripts out there that you can customize for this use. The basics of a form script are easy. The hard part is doing the editing so that the form cannot be hijacked and used as a spam relay. I have written a few form scripts that are spam edited but I haven't posted them anywhere as I don't want to bother with documentation, support etc. But when I was learning php I did a lot of research on preventing forms hijacking and my forms have been secure so far. I'm sure there would be lots of knowledge of this topic on this forum. cheers
