PHP Editor for Mobile

i think any editor should work for it, not sure if there is special type of coding for mobile applications, i had made a WML based WAP site a few years back and coded it using front page :D ...

actually i dont know wml coding.. so thought it they create descriptor, form coding (i think its different then html) for me.. so i just have to write php.. coding... in ASP.NET VS provides this kind of functionality..
