php/mysql based web hosting support

Hello, this may or may not be in the right category. But does anyone know of any php/mysql based systems that are capable of being integrated into your website that contain a "helpdesk" type of feature for basic web hosting issues.

I find myself on the phone almost all day helping just a few customers with basic email issues, domain issues, and others of such.

Just wondering if there is any kind of premade system that has some of these commonly asked questions in it?

Why would you need something so "complicated" for just a FAQ? I think you are best off making a regular, static FAQ and just have a link to it from your homepage. You know what questions are asked most of you, so answer those questions there, and as more come up, just append them to what you already have.

Yea your probably right. I just didn't know if something out there existed already.

Don't get me wrong; there may be pre-made solutions out there for you. I just thought you should try a simpler approach to make things easier to set up and manage.
