Hello all, I'm new at the developement side of design and I need some (a lot of) help! I have a ecom site use Authorize.net as payment gateway. Couldn't get their script to work (fingerprint) so i bought a product from Hasan Robinson. Now I have a code 99. Here is my problem (please don't laugh) Hasan Robinson does offer support however I have no idea what a config.inc.php file is. Is it the same as the .pl file that came with the product. here is what they are requesting in order to help me:

"We would really love to get this resolved for you today.
I will need you to send the config.inc.php file included with the product"
Hope I posted in the correct area.

No, it shouldn't be.

It seems that this problem is relatively popular, although I have no experience with it. The config file should be location in the directory, or a subdirectory of, the main folder where it is installed. Run a file search for those directories with that name to see if you can turn up any results. It should be there somewhere; sometimes they can hide on you ;)

Good luck!

Thanks eelixduppy
however I had no luck! Can't find the file. I should be looking in my on site folder right? i found the error log and it is a few errors in the scripting. However I can't begin to correct it. At this point the more I try to correct it the more confused I get.

You may be better off asking them to help you located the file and work everything out.

If you want to do this yourself manually, you can share the errors with us and we may be able to guide you towards a solution, or at least try it figure out what is not working. I still think you're better off getting help from them if they are willing. After all, they know more about the scripts than we do :)

The error seems common, so I'd imagine the solution to be easily found. In the mean time search their site [authorize.net] or run a few Google searches to see if you can come up with anything related to

code 99
