How to install new "locales"?

None so far in Apache

Hello,

For development purposes, I installed the package "EasyPHP" (Apache, PHP, MySQL, phpmyadmin) on an XP SP1 box.

Testing for installed locales ('locale -a'), I found out none were so far in this package.

I searched the Internet via Google, but found no answers as to how to install locales.

Can someone hint me in the right direction, please?

To the best of my knowledge, 'locale' is not a windows command.

Perhaps the setlocale [php.net] manual page can get you started in the right direction?

Strange, I got no notification of your answer...

Anyhow, as usual Micro$oft did it its own way.
