Banner exchange system

I'm trying to setup a banner exchange system for my personal website and I want something very simple. I tested some scripts I get on the web, but its very complicated. I'm searching for something very simple without e-mail confirmation and that kind of things.
Anyone knows a good simple banner exchange script?

We generally write our own code here. I'd say that you will have the best luck looking at various script repositories such as Hotscripts [hotscripts.com], sourceforge [sourceforge.net], freshmeat [freshmeat.net], etc... for something that meets your needs.
