Seeking php MS SQL based mailing list software

Does anyone know of a php / MS SQL abled mailing list software that can send emails with dynamic content? I can create one from scratch but was hoping there is already one made somewhere out there that would also check for bounced emails, etc.

PHPList is a popular open source one. Not sure if that has the features you want, but might be worth checking out.
