I want to build a website, where you submit your website, and you see it without approve.

Webmasters can submit their site in Submit page, and after clicking submit, their websites are showed up in selected category pages.

Function required:

  • Choose regular listing option, then hide or disable reciprocal text box and Logo Browse Box;
  • Choose reciprocal option, can send a spider to check whether the our link is existed in that page (this is optional);
  • Title and url are required fields;
  • Click submit, information is showed in the selected category;
  • In the listing page, Premium/reciprocal listings showed above regular listings, and sort by aphatical for each kind of listing;
  • In the Administrator control panel, I can disable, delete, upgrade, add a listing;
  • Database can be Access or SQL;
  • Category can be added and removed;
  • price can be adjusted in Administration panel;
  • regular listing has a time limit of 3 month, after that, it will be removed from the database;
  • Search function is required;
  • Others

How to achieve this?

If you ask a general question you will get a general answer. Hire a decent programmer or start reading some books so you can learn how to do it yourself.

I would recommend tackling a project like this one piece at a time. For example, figure out what database, programming language, and server you will use and then ask questions if you can't figure out something once you get started with the design/programming.

You may be able to find something that matches those requirements from one of the popular script repository sites. A search for "php directory" at your favorite search engine should bring up plenty of options as well.
