It's very possible that these are custom-made. Have you checked the script repositories for a pre-made that suits your needs?:

I saw the script being offered for sale (as websites) on a couple of sites offering turn-key websites. What I actually wanted to know was that if the original authors provide resell rights on the script, so that me too can have a look.

The script doesnt seem to be custom-made. I saw lots of sites running on the same script. The posting page of the script is named 'AddAsset.php' - which seems kind of unique - and a simple google-search on the same term revealed a lot of sites.

I see that the links that I provided had been removed. I rechecked the TOS but could not really figure out what was the reason for removing them. Were they removed as per the term regarding promotional URLs? I am sorry, but I was by no means trying to promote those sites at all and I am not associated with any of those. Actually I posted URLs of many sites rather than one so that they dont get misunderstood to be promotional. Anyway, is it OK for me to post them without the "http://"?

The links that I gave you are pretty much all open source, so you'll have the source code but you'll have to abide to thier terms of use.

We only allow links to authority sites or open source sites that may benefit visitors. Links to personal sites are not allowed, even without the [....] It is covered in the TOS if you read it carefully.

Thanks for the explanation. I can understand the need of strict rules in a forum like webmasterworld. I am sorry for breaking the terms so early, but that was not at all my intention.
