Is there such service or soft/script, that will send you alarts by email when there is any error on your site? I mean server errors, php/mysql connection errors and any other errors that may happen on the site.

Yes. Only open-source (free) software can be advertised on theses forums and so the link would have been removed by the moderators if it was not so.
