PHP Layout Engine

Hi, I know this has probably been discussed dozens of times, but does anybody know of an HTML-rasterizing engine (layout engine, or something that renders what a webpage should look like and outputs it to an image file) for PHP or Perl or Python?

Ahh, the only plausible thing I can see to do would be the mozilla screencap thing, but I don't think that the person who owns the server I am using would like that too much. :P
