IPB Error

when you visit the site its looks ok if you are not auto log in
if you are auto log in or try to log in you get this error below also you cant do anything nor post, reply nothing at all you will get the error " mySQL query error: SELECT id, name, mgroup, member_login_key, email, restrict_post, view_sigs, view_avs, view_pop, view_img, auto_track,

I spoke with my hosting company and they are not taking proper action and my site is down for 2 days..

is there any suggestion

yes I tried to use IPB and it doesnt work everytime u try to log in it gives u that error and if u try to post it will still give u the same error, and my IPB admin told me that its server side error there's is nothing they can do in phpmyadmin nor in ipb coding and i told my hosting company they are not doing anything.

Have they downgraded the server or something?
Downgrading to MySQL 4.1 [dev.mysql.com]
