For a new project I'm searching PHP modules to implement to following functionality:
- new user registration with confirmation e-mail
- user should fill in some data about himself.
- user should be able to upload a photo of himself.
- system must be able to re-size the photo
- user data should be editable by himself.
- user should be able to write different reports.
- for every report the user can create unlimited sections.
- user can write / modify / delete section
- the edit function should be very limited to bold,italic,line,insertion of pictures.
- also here photos should be re-sized by system
- for every report it should be possible to an a guestbook for this report / user.
Can somebody suggest me such a module?
Mambo / Joomla could be an alternative. But is it possible with Joomla that users just can edit their own reports?

Check out OpensourceCMS for some demo's on the various CMS systems. I would think most will do what you are looking for, but as some are more extensive than others, its a case of finding the right solution:
