I had a form designed on my website the other day (i know nothing about coding / web design etc.)

The form looks and works fine for most people, however, I first noticed that when I tried sending myself a Word file through the "Upload" option I wouldn't receive the file in my email...or I'd recieve it a few hours later.

I have also had numerous phone calls today with people saying they sent a file through to me but I haven't receieved it.

If I use the form without uploading an attachment, it works fine every time, the problems start when I attach a file (particularly a Word file). However, a few people have sent files through without a problem.

I've contacted my hosts who said nothing was wrong, and my ISP who also said nothing was wrong - what could it be? I'd be very grateful for any ideas!

One possibility is that some of the files are above the maximum upload size specified in the php.ini file.

I can't find a php.ini file - all I can find is a mail.cgi file?
