Want to send html text in email

hi i have some html text ...with table tag ...i want to send them in mail ...and wanted to display them as a html page...
i have tried but in mail it displayed the html code not the result.

like if i have

<table><tr><td> jkshio sv9puips opi opg pgig g <a href ="www.mysite.com>click to link </a> some bold <b>text will be here </b></td></tr></table>

in mail it displayed as it is.
