Php to htm copier

Hello,
I am looking for downloader/uploader software/scripts that will automatically scan through my php based webpages and create .htm static pages of these.

It would be great if these .htm pages could be ftp'd automatically back to a pre-defined directory structure.

Ive been playing around with httrack but I need a program that can produce .htm mirror files in a predefined directory structure depending on the query string of .php page.

Any ideas?
