Trouble installing PEAR

Could not open input file

I'm trying to get PEAR installed on Windows XP using php 5.1.4, by typing

c:\php\go-pear

in the command line. This should install the Package installer, but I only get this error:

Could not open input file: PEAR\go-pear.phar

PEAR\go-pear.phar does exist.

Does anybody have a possible solution for this? Am I doing something wrong?

Got it working now, by first changing the command line directory to c:\php (>cd c:\php), and then typing 'go-pear'.
