Zend Mail 0.1.5 Parse Error?

I finally decided to mess around with Zend_Mail today in light of the recent post here regarding webform hi-jacking. Zend_Mail released version 0.1.5 on 7/11 and I can't seem to get it going.

I keep getting a parse error:
Parse error: parse error, unexpected T_STATIC, expecting T_OLD_FUNCTION or T_FUNCTION or T_VAR or '}' in /balh/blah/blah/blah/includes/Zend/Mail.php on line 67

.... I'm not as proficient with OOP as I'd like to be so resolving the issue in the code is a bit out of the question. Anyone else have this problem with Zend_Mail?

Can you post the line that is giving you trouble? This would be step one to identifying any problems.
