Do you mean you want to give away free webspace and have a CMS type setup for the users to edit their pages?

Yes, i thought a HTMLArea would be the easiest way for the users to edit a page, but anything will do, as long as they can save the page to their webspace that i will supply them with, if the program can do that for me it would be great.

I would look at various CMS packages to see if you can find one that fits the bill. There are a ton of them out there.
