Commercial PHP Chat script

I need a PHP chat script - please HELP!!

I desperatley need a PHP3/MySQL based chat room server that meets the following criteria:

1) Must be V easy to install, preferably via a web based setup like vBulletin
2) Must be robust with extensive admin options, IP banning, customisable templates - basically something of a similar standard to VB ( http://www.vbulletin.com )

All the ones I've found so far are free scripts that don't work, won't install etc. I need a really good commercial application that I can have total confidence in.

Does anybody know of such a script?

I don't know of anything in PHP off the top of my head but [url=http://www.hotscripts.com/PHP/Scripts_and_Programs/Discussion_Boards/]HotScripts[/url] has 47 PHP discussion boards listed. Hopefully you can find something in there that will suit your needs.

Thank you - I'll check it out. It seems that Hotscripts are experienceing a lot of down-time at the moment. So far I've been able to get through.
