Best message board software for a novice?

Looking to purchase software that is easy to install.

I am interested in setting up a message board, but I have very limited tech skills - any suggestions for boards with the most user friendly installation and maintaining processes?

The one feature I would really like to have is the ability for participants to receive all posts or a daily summary (similar to Yahoo Groups).

Thanks

phpBB seems pretty good, I have heard good things about it from people who use it.

I second phpbb.

However, the software that intergrates with email best is FudForum, fud.prohost.org , which enables intergration of email lists and forums.

I would also recommend the Invision software. Great features, and with the hacks you can implement possibly better than PHPBB.
