Which PHP portal with those features?

Hello, I am sorry for a duplicate of php portal software topic, but this time, I'd like to find out if anyone knows which specific PHP portal software that contain those features/modules I'm seeking. I did research all of the php portal software at HotScripts.com. I'm not sure if those are what I'm looking for. I thought about trying phpWebThings, Land Down Under or DCP Portal. I'd love to hear your opinions on those or recommend better ones that include what I'm looking for.

Basically, those features are what I'm looking for in particular:

- member registration
- discussion forums
- image galleries
- news & articles (can be submitted either by registered users or by me)
- links
- files/downloads
- events
- flexibility/simplicity in editing templates/skins instead of default

Plus, I plan to include web hosting and email account option which are separated from the php portal software since I don't see those options in any portal software.

have you taken a look at phpnuke [phpnuke.org] it has a ton of addons that might do what you need.

I've toyed with portals. One I've considered and may go back to is Xoops. I just took another look at it and it uses Smarty templating which make it even more attractive.
