Setting up an e-mail digest in phpbb

Wondering if it's possible to modify phpbb to send a digest e-mail

I recently installed phpbb, and I was wondering if anybody here has made a modification, so that each registered member would recieve a daily digest of the posts on the board?

Did you check the phpbb site itself? There are a ton of hacks and mods there that you can add to your phpbb boards, as well as links to other sites that have unapproved mods and hacks.

I believe they also have a board there where you can post for mod/hack requests.
