Best PHP IDE/Editor

I am new to php and was wondering what the best standard ide is. Does php have a debugger ect?

Commercial apps are fine.

I just discovered zend studio and am thinking of buying it. Would you say this is the most professional environment?

Is there any reason i wouldn't want to use it?

Zend Studio Standard ($99) vs. Zend Studio Professional ($299)

Here's my big question: Is professional 3 times the IDE that standard is?

Just incase anyone is interested i have found the best all round web dev editor.

In the past month or so i have tried about 20 editors and they all have their pros and cons but this one is the ultimate :)

Zend studio was ok but it was painfully slow. PHP Designer is the best free one i found but by far the best is WeBuilder

I use Macromedia Dreamweaver MX 2004 as PHP editor.
