Ever since I had to reinstall XP for the 70th time just for upgrading my video card (mobo, power supply, and etc in AGP to PCIE hell upgrade) I also had to reinstall Apache which was working just fine originally.

Now I have another issue with it, the PHP isn't parsing and is showing up in the browser (like it does in notepad). (sorry to some of you who were trying to get me to a UTF-8 capable editor, still haven't found one yet).

Anyway, any suggestions?

Well, PHP isn't parsing, as you said. This could be for various reasons. I would suggest following the instructions on how to install php5 under windows [webmasterworld.com] exactly to see if you did anything wrong.
