Most valuable and Globally accepted PHP Certification

I have heard about Zend PHP certification and other Online PHP certifications like BrainBench and www.expertrating.com and PHPquiz etc etc

But at the same time I read an article on web (similar to many others) from which I am including a small portion here,

personally I think the Zend one is the most recognized
