database of text file?

Hello.

I'm making a website for a client that doesn't require the owner to actually edit the code in order to change the text on the pages. I've been thinking about this, and I'm wondering if it would be better to add the text to a database such as MySQL or just make a text file and change its contents each time the owner of the site uses the editor.php page to change page content. I'm just looking for suggestions...Which one seems better to use?

BTW... a person viewing this site does not have to login, so there will be no security breeches of that kind if i use text files, where they may be able to view the content without being logged in.

Thank You!

Other than content, one of the pages has to include images with descriptions. Now that i think about it though, it would be easier to format the text from a database (ie headings, sub headings, text) than it would be using a text file.
