Posting a project on a freelancing site is one option - the site you suggest is the one I recommend. Be prepared to pay for the quality you need, but don't forget that if there is truely a market niche then you can easily recover some of your investment by reselling the system to others, once built and if supplied with a suitable installation system and instructions.
it seems to me a bit you started the wrong way or only at the one end: the domain name.
beyond domain name there is, hmm, the site, the content and your manpower. like venicevenicevenice said, you can dig up a coding master for your site at rentacoder or similar sites, it think when you want to have a valuable online biz, you should take care about the source yourself, means ensure you get the right licenses for your code to even resell it like vvv proposed. only simply because someone codes something for you does not mean you can re-sell it. next to this (which would be only a deal apart your concrete biz) you should ensure full control about what your webapp is doing, extending etc..
in my opinion you need a partner to do so in a long time strategy (2 years).
