Really New to PHP - Simple Question

Ok, to start off, I am extremly new to PHP and am a little confused. Here's what I need to do:

I found a free pixel page script and I need help installing it. I dowloaded the file, but I have ABSOLUTLY NO IDEA how to host it on my hoster (my host includes file manager, FTP, SQL, and PHP database, thats enough for this right?).

I've read a couple other things on this, but I'm still lost...help would be greatly appreciated :)

First you upload it on your website
then read the instruction of it, i think they have guide fro yuo to install, i'd like to help but i don't know what is this script, and does it need to install or not, i don't know.
